Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern use of our site and services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of impactwindowlady.com (the "Site") and any estimates, proposals, or services provided by Window Lady ("Window Lady," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about our products and services. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy content for commercial use, or to submit false information.
2. Site Content and Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, logos, drawings, and other content on the Site are owned by Window Lady or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.
3. No Warranty on Site Information
Product specifications, images, availability, pricing, lead times, energy-performance figures, and design-pressure or approval data shown on the Site are for general reference and may change without notice. Manufacturer specifications and current Florida Building Commission product approvals control. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
4. Estimates, Quotes, and Proposals
- Estimates and quotes are not binding until a written contract or proposal is signed by both parties and any required deposit is received.
- Quotes are based on the sizes, quantities, and conditions known at the time and are valid for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if none is stated).
- Final quantities and dimensions are confirmed at field measure. Changes discovered at field measure may adjust price and lead time.
- Material pricing may be adjusted if manufacturer pricing, tariffs, or freight change before the order is released.
5. Contracts, Permits, Deposits, and Payment
- The signed contract or proposal, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between us. If they conflict, the signed contract controls.
- Deposits, progress payments, and final payment are due as stated in the signed contract. Balances are due on substantial completion unless the contract says otherwise.
- Permitting, inspections, HOA/condo association approval, and engineering are handled as described in the contract. Lead times depend on building department and association timelines, which we do not control.
- Florida law requires certain contractor disclosures and provides lien rights. Applicable notices, including the Construction Lien Law notice and any Recovery Fund notice, are provided with your contract.
6. Change Orders and Site Conditions
Additional work arising from concealed or unforeseen conditions (rot, structural deficiencies, non-standard openings, stucco or drywall repair, code-required upgrades) requires a written change order and may affect price and schedule. Unless expressly stated in the contract, our scope does not include painting, stucco finishing, interior/exterior trim finishing, window treatments, alarm-sensor relocation, or asbestos/lead abatement.
7. Scheduling, Delays, and Access
Installation dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, freight, weather, permitting authorities, associations, labor shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control. You agree to provide safe, clear access to work areas and to remove or protect furnishings, window treatments, and valuables before installation.
8. Warranties
Products carry the manufacturer's written warranty, which is passed through to you. Window Lady separately warrants its installation workmanship as stated in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, abuse, impact, storm events beyond rated design pressures, improper cleaning or maintenance, alterations by others, or work performed by others. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Wholesale and Fabrication Orders
Wholesale material and custom metals fabrication orders are made to order and are non-cancelable and non-returnable once released to production. Buyers are responsible for verifying dimensions, configurations, finishes, and code compliance for their application. Claims for shortages or visible damage must be made in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Window Lady is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or diminution in value. Our total liability arising out of the Site or any project will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable project or order.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Any unresolved dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless the signed contract provides for arbitration or mediation, in which case that provision controls.
12. Communications and Marketing
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us about your inquiry or project.
- Messaging frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.

13. Third-Party Links and Financing
Links to manufacturers, review platforms, and financing partners are provided for convenience. Financing is offered by third-party lenders on their own terms; approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender, not by Window Lady.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and applies to use of the Site from that date forward. Changes do not alter a signed contract.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed contract, are the entire agreement regarding the Site and our services.
