Window Lady ("Window Lady," "we," "us," or "our") operates impactwindowlady.com (the "Site") and provides impact window and door sales, installation, wholesale materials, and metals fabrication services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this Policy.

    • Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, property/service address, project details (measurements, photos, sketches, plans), financing or insurance-related information you choose to share, and the content of messages you send us through forms, email, text, or phone.
    • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of visits. We may collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
    • Information from third parties. Referral partners, lead-generation services, contractors, suppliers, property records, and payment or financing providers.

    We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

    • Respond to inquiries and provide estimates, quotes, and proposals
    • Schedule and perform measurements, installations, and service visits
    • Order materials and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors

    • With service providers and vendors who work on our behalf (installers, subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers, permit expediters, scheduling/CRM and email tools, payment and financing processors), limited to what they need to do their job

    • With your HOA, condo association, property manager, or insurer when you ask us to or when needed to complete your project
    • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
    • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  4. 4. Text Messages (SMS)

    • If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive calls and texts from us about your project, including appointment and service messages. Message and data rates may apply.
    • Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
    • SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We only use your phone number to communicate with you directly about your inquiry or project.
  5. 5. Data Retention and Security

    We keep project and customer records as long as needed to provide services, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and building-code recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

    The Site may use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (such as web analytics or advertising platforms) to understand traffic and improve performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some Site features may not work correctly if you do. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
