General contractors, production and custom builders, developers, and construction firms award us the glazing scope on new construction and retrofit work. Because we are independent of any single manufacturer, we source to the budget, the approval, and the schedule in front of us.
One subcontract covers survey, shop drawings, engineering, permitting, material, installation, inspections, and closeout. We also contract directly with condominium boards and property managers, and take on a limited number of homeowner projects each year.
